The Iowa Caucus was and is a hot mess. Did you hear what Rick Santorum has said regarding black folks? He states that only Blacks receive government assistance. He would not give us assistance to use as leverage? Please someone take me out of this Twilight Zone. The crop of Republican candidates goes from nuts to critcally insane as it relates to the global community and the human beings which occupy the world.
If at any time I had thought I would ever sit on my butt for this election, after last night in Iowa I am putting on my pointy toe steel boots to kick some no nothing Republicans in the place where the sun don't shine. Brothers and Sistas we have to fight the power or we will be out of house and home. Sorry, we are already out of house and home with no support from men and women we elected to represent our interest. I can support differences of opinion but when white republican candidates refuse, whitewash, dismiss and ignore the plight of people of color, not just Blacks, all of us have to fight back. Occupy Wall Street, Occupy K Street, Occupy every government center because the words out of these neckbones' mouths is detrimental to three quarters of the world's population. I respect the need to purge programs, combine others, reduce waste but how do you justify that the most educational and economic $$ were funneled into a place like South Carolina which has the highest unemployment rates, educational drop outs, and health/HIV AIDS. Where did those $$ go? They claim they do not want to help those at the lowest end of the economic strata but they take the money and do not account for it either not being spent and leaving poor, black, white and native Americans suffering or they spend it on other state initiatives and their federal counterparts do not hold any of the local officials accountable.
If I had my way, I would want 435 people living in poverty all coming from the Legislative Building. What can we do? We can stay strong, stay focused and stand up and stand behind our President. He is attempting to improve life for all of America. Mitt Romney said he hired the best people for his campaign what's the problem if they are all white. Mitt, there are talented, genius level, smart, experienced people of all colors, race and ethnicity. If he was elected there would be one color White and we have been down that road before. Get fired up, get moving, get involved, otherwise
our way of life will be banned from existing.
